• Clinic Monday - Thursday : 8 am - 4 pm, Fridays : 8 am - 12 pm
• Night call : 5 pm - 7 am, weekend call 24 hours
• Provider can pick any 2 weeks per month
• 8 - 12 patients per day in clinic
