Volt is immediately hiring for  Machine Operator’s  in  Northfield MN.

As a  Machine Operator  you are :

• Responsible for the set-up and operation of the following : Laminators, Slitters, Combiners, Sealers and Adhesive Mixers / blenders with ability to operate motorized material handling equipment.
• Produces tapes, laminates to defined quality levels, yield and standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge for production criteria for products that are processed in Laminations.
• Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing, temperature and related variables as needed to meet specifications.
• Performs routine visual quality checks on work in process.
• Must be able to work in a team orientated work environment.
• Follows safety rules and gives feedback of any safety concerns or violations.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area including daily 5S tasks.

Pay Rate : $20.70 - $21.70 / hour.
