Ce que vous ferez
· Comme Conseiller de Clientèle, établir un contact performant, courtois et personnalisé aux clients de notre partenaire par téléphone et email;
· Offrir une réponse rapide et adéquate aux questions des clients avant, pendant et après l'achat;
· Identifier les requêtes des clients et les transférer de manière rapide et efficace aux différents départements si besoin;
· Respecter les procédures établies et les ententes de qualité du service à la clientèle;
· Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs individuels et d'équipe.
Ce qu'il vous faut
· Français courant et anglais (minimum B2);
· Compétences natives en français en communication écrite et verbale ;
· Autorisation de travail pour les citoyens hors UEE;
· Haut niveau de sympathie et d’empathie;
· Capacité d'apprentissage rapide;
· Comme Conseiller de Clientèle, tu auras besoin expérience en centre d’appels (préférentiel);
· L’esprit d’équipe chez vous est synonyme de seconde nature.
