Descripción del trabajoMake outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 130 days past due Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines Excellent communication & negotiation skills Strong listening skills and customer service mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment Must live within 30 miles of Dallas, TX on-site only Base Pay : Up to $15 / hour Bonus Potential : Up to $750+ per month Promotion Path : Eligible in 6 months based on performance Good negotiation skills- accomplished through mutual communication between agent and customer to successfully obtain payment. Meet and exceed daily goals and monthly goals. Initiate outbound calls that are effective in scope, and lead to successful payment or timely arrangement to satisfy the account delinquency. The ability to balance both incoming customer service / collection inquiries from Westlake customers, while delivering an exceptional level of service. Work with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts. Demonstrates ability to be team player. High School Diploma or GED preferred Good communication, listening and problem-solving skills Basic to intermediate computer knowledge Reliable attendance Proper grammar and email etiquette Type a minimum of 35 WPM Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends Bi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required Minimum one year customer service experience in a high call volume, auto dialer environment preferred Auto Collections experience preferred Daybreak or other retail consumer servicing systems. Aspect or other auto dialer systems. Web navigation and / or web-based applications. Personal computer : Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 10-key calculator and QWERTY keyboard skills.
