Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement process for our luxury custom home projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure projects meet budget and timeline requirements while achieving exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for luxury custom home projects
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and budget adherence
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms
- Manage the supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of construction materials
- Oversee vendor management to maintain strong relationships and quality assurance
- Perform market research to identify new suppliers and materials that enhance project quality
- Collaborate with project managers to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes
Qualifications
