Night Shift is 6pm to 6am when working 12 hour shifts (majority of the year). This will be Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. Shift length varies based on workload.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up and operating an automatic digital printing device according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.

Education/Experience: Requires considerable computer knowledge and three to five years of digital printing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality. High school diploma or GED; or three to five years’ experience in an assembly or related position with quality assurance responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality
Special Skills/Qualifications: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information, general business periodicals, technical procedures, or standard operating procedures. Ability to read report respond to business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to effectively present information, train others, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: The incumbent may be exposed to toxins, chemicals, and extreme temperatures (30degrees F – 115 degrees F), dust, fumes, moving mechanical parts, high pitched noises, or gases. The incumbent will spend approximately 90% of their time indoors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
