A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel - Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets

Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication among various teams

Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions

Required Qualifications

5-10 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer

Deep knowledge of financing, development, and operation of solar and wind facilities

Fluency with technology and remote work

Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
