Why We Have This Role

The Transformation Office is seeking a new team member who will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This role will lead the people-side of change for large multi-year transformations that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will analyze current norms and team cultures to design change efforts that drive the joyful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors to help Qualtrics deliver on its company goals. Through artful change management, you will work with people across the organization to influence the future of how the PXE organization works.?

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
