Westfield, PA

Shift : Days, 6 : 00a–6 : 30p

Unit Details :

Psychiatric inpatient facility with detox and residential treatment services for adults. Total of 64 beds with expansion planned to 94. Two units : one detox unit and one residential unit. Accepts both voluntary and involuntary admissions. Ancillary team includes BHAs, BHTs, and therapeutic clinical staff.

Ratios : Detox Unit : 1 : 7

Residential Unit : 1 : 24

Support staff : 1 BHT / shift and up to 1 BHA / shift; therapeutic staff 1 : 8 until 1700

Orientation :

2–3 days classroom training, 3 shifts of shadowing, plus HealthStream modules

Classroom training is days; shadowing can be completed on nights

Attendance is mandatory

Requirements :

1 year current psych or comparable acute experience required

SNF or Home Health experience not accepted

Must be willing to float between units as needed

BLS required
