Know the in's & out's of product offerings, optional equipment, & latest technology Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Bring a positive attitude to work every day Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team atmosphere Effective listening skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check Being Bilingual is a big plus! As a Tom's Ford Sales Professional, you will be able to guide a customer to fulfill their automotive needs, while also offering a top notch customer experience.
What We Offer
Salary + commission $50,000 to $100,000 yearly
- This position may be eligible for medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, 401K and ancillary insurance depending upon the terms of each plan
