Job Summary

The Senior Structural Engineer will design modular energy and cooling plants, including TIAC, CHP, mission-critical, and district cooling systems. Responsibilities include structural analysis, code compliance, cost estimation, and coordination with designers and fabricators through production and installation. The role also provides technical support during proposals and ongoing production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent engineering and design work per project standards and codes.
• Conduct structural calculations and ensure compliance with seismic and wind load requirements.
• Coordinate with designers and consultants to produce fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Support procurement, fabrication, and construction through technical documentation and reviews.
• Provide structural expertise for bids, proposals, and technical clarifications.
• Participate in site or factory supervision as needed.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional visits to fabrication shops or sites requiring standard PPE.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform limited climbing or bending for inspections.
