About The Position

Practice Setting : Hospital-based | Neuro ICU & Neurosurgery Consults

Coverage Reason : Vacancy in position

Dates : Late Oct / Early Nov 2025 – Feb / March 2026

Schedule : Nights only | No call required

Patient Population : Adults only

Census : Neuro ICU ~10 patients / night | Neurosurgery consults avg 5 / night

Trauma / Stroke : Level I Trauma | Comprehensive Stroke Center

Team Support :

• 2 Neurointensivists (available by phone at night)
• 3 Advanced Practice Providers in group
• Lab & X-Ray onsite

Job Requirements

PA or CNP – Board Certified & Licensed in Ohio (no exceptions)

OH license – Required

Clean background – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required

ENLS – Highly preferred

Must have experience covering a Neuro ICU in a Level I Trauma Center

Must be comfortable managing stroke patients + neurosurgical consults

Credentialing : 90–120 days
