Overview :

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Vascular Access Nurse (RN) to join team in beautiful coastal Delaware. The Vascular Access Nurse is responsible for providing expert nursing care for patients requiring specialized vascular access and intermediate care services . This role involves both direct and indirect patient care, including performing vascular access procedures, assessing line functionality, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to lead and educate team members in best practices related to vascular access and infusion therapy. A deep understanding of hospital and departmental policies, infection prevention standards, and evidence-based nursing practices is essential.

This position requires a proactive, consultative nursing professional who can interpret complex clinical information, communicate effectively across departments, and contribute to Beebe Healthcare's mission of delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
