Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Trust Operations Analyst to join our team. This role blends operational execution with fiduciary oversight responsibilities, ensuring both the accuracy of trust transactions and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Remote deposit of incoming checks
  • Printing checks
  • Posting disbursements and deposits in the trust accounting system (used to track, manage, and report assets held in trust) and ClientWorks (advisor technology platform)
  • Setting up recurring / scheduled events
  • Processing instructions and workflows received in the Trust Operations group mailbox, including but not limited to, asset market value updates, cost basis updates, and address changes
  • Payment method updates
  • Reviewing and maintaining various job aids associated with the above tasks

Other Duties

  • Importing and reconciling transaction files
  • Posting dividend and interest income to client accounts
  • Asset setup and review
  • Ad hoc projects

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Detail-oriented and efficient professional with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in operations
  • Preferences

  • 0-2 years' experience in an administrative role in the trust operations, brokerage, or investment fields
  • Some knowledge and experience in trust accounting, bank compliance, and trust laws such as principal and income accounting laws would be beneficial.
  • Pay Range

    $20.16-$33.59 / hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
