We’re looking for Patient Access Specialists to join a leading healthcare organization in Orlando, FL. This onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong data entry and customer service skills who want to grow in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to create and update patient accounts and cases.
• Support overflow work for other teams, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service.
• Update account information based on input from medical billers and internal teams.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and case resolution.
• Maintain patient records in CRM or database systems with precision and confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively to improve workflows and support patient access to services.
• Handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
