Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (MES). Key Responsibilities Manage Operations and Infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements Oversee contract delivery and coordinate resources across functional teams Develop and implement operational policies and evaluate system functionality to meet user needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, including 3+ years in management and operations leadership Master's degree preferred Deep knowledge of operations and infrastructure processes and toolsets Experience with ITIL methodologies and HealthCare operations Experience with Public Sector HealthCare programs
