Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting 13-week travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic rehab team while soaking up the sun and energy of one of the most iconic cities in the country!

Job Description :

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain

Develop personalized therapy plans and track patient progress

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and exercises

Requirements : Active PT license

California licensure (or ability to obtain)

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in rehab or skilled nursing settings

Strong communication and documentation skills
