A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist in HR Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve employee relations cases using the ServiceNow HR module, ensuring timely documentation
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
Analyze case data to identify trends and prepare reports for senior leadership on case outcomes and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR, preferably in a shared services model
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow HR case management or similar platforms
Demonstrated expertise in employment law, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
