A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support vendor management and streamline procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor onboarding and procurement requests to ensure timely approvals
Negotiate contracts and manage agreements for marketing and workplace services
Perform cost analysis, maintain documentation, and prepare vendor performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and documentation management
Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or vendor management
Experience with financial tools such as Concur, Oracle, or Workday
Knowledge of contract terms, invoicing, and negotiation processes
