Descripción del trabajoA degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.) Work and reside in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED). Willing and able to work remotely (work from home) on a daily basis. Cold Calling / Prospecting experience Customer service oriented. Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory. Ability to climb ladders to rooftops. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet. Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing. Good verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening. Authorized to work in the US. Generous base salary of $60,000 per year and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses. Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year. A well-defined Growth & Commissions plan.
