Top Firm seeks to add an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to their team! An ideal candidate will have 4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience and a background with Leasing (ground leases, development leases, retail leases, etc.) If this sounds like you, apply now! Job Details

Requirement :

• Licensed to practice law in NY
• 4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience
• Experience representing buyers / sellers, lenders / borrowers, landlords / tenants, developers / building owners, condo and co-op boards, and / or joint venturers
• Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
