Descripción del trabajoPerforming personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment Encouraging self-help activities Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including : community living, adult host homes for adults regardless of disability, behavioral / mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.
