Promotional Events Assistant Location :

  • Orlando, FL (In-person role) Pay : $600 - $800 per week Are you a creative, energetic people-person who loves the buzz of live events and wants to make a real impact?
  • Glow Orlando is seeking a Promotional Events Assistant to join our direct marketing team.
  • We're not here to make noise—we’re here to spark real human connections that inspire long-term change.
  • We bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face events that move people from interest to action.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns at live events Represent nonprofit organizations with passion, professionalism, and purpose Engage with the public to build awareness and drive donor participation Collaborate with a high-energy team to brainstorm, test, and scale event strategies Track campaign feedback and performance to help improve future activations We’re Looking For : Great communicators with confidence in face-to-face settings A passion for causes and a belief in the power of personal connection Energy, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit A strong sense of initiative and desire to grow professionally What We Offer : A vibrant, team-driven environment built on creativity and purpose Paid role with real-world campaign experience Training and mentoring from experienced event marketing leaders Opportunities for progression and long-term growth This isn’t just an events role—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.
