We're seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to support innovation and acceleration initiatives across our product portfolio, with some likely focus on AI-related features. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with product management execution and a coaching mindset. You'll run sprints with internal teams and start-ups, build prototypes and features with engineering teams, also helping develop business cases and integration roadmaps. This role requires flexibility between hands-on execution with practitioner credibility as well as coaching, facilitation, and teaching of colleagues on product management practices, discovery, technical modernization, and ways of working.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full-time salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
