Direct and coordinate all activities of the Plant's Wire Chopper and Retail operations, shipping, receiving, safety and environmental. Develop and lead a Safety Culture that is consistent with CMC standards. Control inventory dollars and tons by meeting inventory turn standards set forth by the company. Leads all department personnel in a professional manner toward achieving company performance goals with emphasis on safety, quality, and meeting all company standards. Collaborate with Plant Manager to ensure accomplishment of plant and regional goals.

Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control, poor operational or accounting practices. Must be able to maintain and be familiar with safety and environmental concerns.

Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or other closely related field strongly preferred. Preferred past successful experience in operations in metal recycling facility or other related industry.
