As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as needed.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities and / or drills, following all site-specific procedures.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
