Entry-Level HVAC Installer

We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, furnaces, and mini-splits
• Help load/unload materials and prepare job sites
• Support lead installers with measurements, tools, and clean-up
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC (required minimum 2 years)
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
