FEED MILL SUPERVISOR

Feed Mill Supervisor

Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Monitor feed sampling
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly
• Monitor daily / weekly inventory in feed and ingredient
• Monitor and adjust TM's schedules
• Complete all necessary daily / weekly paperwork associated with production, QA, maintenance, 6S, and safety
• Implement and monitor SOP in position
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill
• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

Supervisor Responsibilities :

Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and / or disciplinary actions.

Education : Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience : Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
