Territory Manager
What We Need : This position is responsible for cultivating and growing long term relationships with end-user industrial manufacturing customers and channel partners within the Southeast United States region. This position requires a thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry and experience selling capital equipment solutions.
What You'll Be Doing : The Territory Manager is responsible for identifying key customer decision makers and stakeholders to find opportunities to grow sales in an assigned region. This position will act as a liaison between the end-user customers, channel partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure our customer experience is optimized, and we are delivering a world-class solution according to the needs of the industry. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
What You Will Need To Be Successful : Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other similar discipline; minimum of five years' sales experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Having experience in industrial sales is a plus. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential. A solid technical understanding of industrial equipment, manufacturing, and a general grasp of mechanical and electrical concepts. Possesses exceptional self-discipline, effectively allocating time and resources with minimal oversight. Proven ability to meet sales targets and build business opportunities. Experience in the engraving and marking industry is a plus. Teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively across all cross-divisional teams and external resources. A valid drivers license is required as this position requires extensive travel including possible overnight travel within the assigned territory (estimated 50% - 75%).
