Job Description & RequirementsPediatricianStartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : M-F 8-5 Pay Rate : $246000.00 - $500000.00 Incoming Pediatrician can expect :

• 1-2 MA’s per provider
• Scribe and translator available
• EMR : Practicum
• M-F 8AM-5PM
• 30-35 patients / day
• No nights / call required Compensation :
• 246k Base—with minimum volume commitment
• Production : Revenue generated
• Once fully ramped up- Year 2 & beyond, earning potential 400k-500k
• 80% of employee health insurance premium paid
• 4 weeks vacation
• 5 days CME
• $20,000 Sign on / relocation
