Position Summary

AquaStar Pool Products, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-quality pool and spa products dedicated to innovation, safety, and reliability, is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk. Responsibilities include building and maintaining assemblies in NetSuite, supporting cycle counts, receiving and inventory adjustments related, and assisting with freight invoices and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with purchasing, logistics, accounting, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Support

Build, maintain, and update assemblies and work orders in NetSuite, ensuring bills of materials (BOMs) and component quantities are accurate

Assist with reconciling cycle count variances and support root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies

Assist with reviewing and validating freight invoices for accuracy against shipments and carrier agreements

Communicate inventory issues or shortages to purchasing, planning, and operations teams

Compensation

This position is hourly and non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and California labor code. Compensation is based on experience, education, and qualifications.

Expected Pay Range : $26 $32 / hourly

This range reflects the anticipated base pay for a full-time, non-exempt employee in Ventura County, California. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant experience.
