PIB - $3 more per hour, Shift Diff - up to $3.50 more per hour, Sign-on Bonuses - $3,000 for full-time and $1,500 for part-time
$32/hr-$43/hr (all inclusive)
Responsibilities of LPN:
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
Qualifications of LPN:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state Massachusetts
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
