As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to lead our Core Infrastructure Availability initiatives. This influential position comes with significant accountability and autonomy, ensuring the successful delivery and management of critical projects on our strategic roadmap.

You will leverage your strong operations, technology, and delivery experience to effectively influence senior leaders while driving high-impact initiatives. Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and business analytics will be critical to your success.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, especially in cloud environments.
• 10+ years of experience in delivery within mid to large-sized organizations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Able to work independently and develop practical solutions.
• Experience mentoring TPMs and leading teams of senior engineers and architects.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and macros.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
