What You’ll Do :

• IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
• Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems —both new and existing.
• Collaborate with end users to assess hardware / software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
• Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
• IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
• Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.
