Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Evergreen Nursing & Rehab in Effingham, Illinois.
This full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful patient care in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your clinical expertise makes a daily impact.
As a COTA, you will work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy treatments that help adult and geriatric patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and quality of life.
