Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Home Care Agency Administrator with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our operations and drive growth. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing systems for efficiency, and actively contributing to our agency’s growth by enhancing our client acquisition strategies and building a robust referral network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the agency to ensure high-functioning services provided to clients.
• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, community partners, and potential clients to promote agency services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in home care.
• Lead and support staff training and development to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to enhance revenue streams.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the agency’s strategic direction and vision.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing a home care agency or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing successful growth strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team and inspire others toward achieving collective goals.
