Director of Project Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Project Finance, M&A, Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential project investors and develop strategies for financing utility-scale solar and storage projects

Create and maintain complex project finance models for evaluating renewable energy projects

Manage the closing process and coordinate reviews across multi-functional teams to achieve financial closure

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of project finance or investment banking experience in the renewable energy industry

Strong financial modeling capabilities and structuring experience

Familiarity with project finance structures, including tax equity and construction financing

Experience in creating marketing materials and managing data rooms

Demonstrated ability to close complex financings under tight timeframes
