A company is looking for a Care Team Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls, performing triage and documenting interactions
Prepare and deliver lab results and other important patient information in a timely manner
Assist in pre-visit preparations and complete necessary forms for provider review
Required Qualifications
High school level education or equivalent
Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent, or at least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
Spanish fluency preferred
