The Learning & Development Program Manager will support the design, delivery, and execution of Overwatch University training programs. This role blends instruction, operations, systems management, and content creation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a transitioning veteran who enjoys teaching, organizing complex programs, and building professional training systems. This could lead to a career in L&D or HR.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Training Delivery
- Teach and facilitate 3+ leadership or professional development courses per week (virtual and occasional in-person)
- Co-host and help run daily morning training sessions (4 days / week)
- Deliver leadership content clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Support in-person classes and company events as needed
Program & LMS Management
Help manage and organize the company Learning Management System (LMS)Upload courses, track completion, and maintain training recordsGenerate participation, compliance, and completion reports for leadershipEnsure training schedules, rosters, and materials are accurate and currentContent Development
Assist in producing leadership and training content, including :Short leadership videosTraining decks and facilitator guidesSupporting materials for Overwatch University programsWork with L&D leadership to refine messaging and instructional flowOperations & Reporting
Track training metrics and provide regular reportsMaintain calendars, course schedules, and documentationSupport continuous improvement of training programsExecute tasks independently and meet deadlines consistentlySkills, Knowledge and Expertise
