You are a dedicated, team-oriented Escrow Officer with an existing (and strong!) book of business. You enjoy working closely with buyers and sellers to provide an excellent escrow experience. Your location:

Temecula, CA. You must be in-person in the Temecula area for this role.

Your schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am 5pm. After hours: networking events or meeting candidates.

Your contribution to Foundation Escrow:

• Coordinate - work with all parties to collect required docs
• Escrow Account - hold funds until all conditions are met
• Closing Documents - prep and oversee signing
• Disburse Funds - at the appropriate time to the appropriate parties
• Transfer of Ownership - record deed and other docs with gov't to finalize transfer of ownership

Foundation Escrow's contribution to you:

• Salary: $84k-$120k/yr
