Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop engaging online courses and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to design competency-based online courses and instructional materials

Provide training and support to faculty and students on educational technology and instructional design best practices

Evaluate course materials for accessibility and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with ADA standards

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or a related field

2+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning within higher education or corporate settings

Formal training or certification in UX / UI design and / or usability testing is highly desirable

Proficiency in instructional design theories and e-learning authoring tools

Understanding of accessibility standards and experience creating inclusive learning experiences
