Job Title SAP OTC SOM & BRIM Module Lead Location Chicago, IL / Remote Role Duration 9 Month with extension or possible Contract-To-Hire with Capgemini any time after 90 days Start Date 10 / 20 / 2025 or ASAP Job Description : SAP OTC SOM & BRIM Module Lead – Remote Role with some Travel to Chicago, IL – Important Note : Ø Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini / Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment. Ø If the candidate is not local, Capgemini will pay the expenses for Meet & Greet only. Role and Responsibilities : Senior OTC resource to develop estimates and design and address their SKU Variant requirements. Experience with managing configured product, using Batch Characteristics. Client has NOT implemented SAP VC Variant config, but having that experience is nice to have Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC SOM & BRIM Module Lead to architect and lead the implementation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Subscription Billing solutions. This role combines deep functional expertise in SAP Sales Order Management (SOM) and SAP BRIM with leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation across complex business environments. Key Responsibilities : Ø Solution Design & Implementation :

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP SOM processes including order capture, pricing, billing, and customer management.
• Architect and implement SAP BRIM components including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
• Ensure seamless integration between SOM and BRIM components for subscription-based and usage-based business models. Ø Project Leadership :
• Manage full-cycle SAP OTC and BRIM implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT to ensure solution alignment. Ø Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide expert-level support during UAT and deployment. Ø Integration & Collaboration :
• Ensure robust integration with SAP S / 4HANA, CRM, and external systems via middleware (SAP CPI, PI / PO).
• Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Ø Continuous Improvement :
• Drive innovation and process optimization within the OTC and BRIM domains.
• Stay updated on SAP roadmap for BRIM and S / 4HANA Sales and recommend adoption strategies. Required Technologies and Skills : Ø Functional Expertise :
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SOM and SD modules.
• Proven expertise in SAP BRIM components : SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA.
• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage rating, and convergent billing. Ø Project Experience :
• Minimum 12 years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations in OTC and BRIM.
• Experience in leading global rollouts and managing complex subscription-based business models.
• Leadership & Communication :
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams. Ø Certifications (Preferred) :
• SAP BRIM Certification
