Descripción del trabajoAssist with personal care : grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting Serve meals and help with feeding as needed Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check Certified in First Aid, CPR Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement High school diploma or equivalent CNA certification or cooking experience for groups Certified in Medication Assistance Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience Passion for enriching the lives of older adults Respectful care that honors dignity Strong communication and confidentiality Calm, capable response in emergencies Eagerness to grow, learn, and build genuine connections Immediate access to DailyPay PTO accrues from your first day A warm, supportive, family-style environment Internal growth opportunities!!
