A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to design and build route assignments for drivers to ensure safe and reliable transportation for students.

Key Responsibilities

Process new ride requests from school district partners

Design and assign routes to maximize efficiency for drivers, schools, and guardians

Communicate with school district partners and guardians to confirm routes and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

At least 18 years old

Have a working computer with a camera and microphone

Have a reliable internet connection

Exhibit specialist level or higher competency on all Core Competencies
