Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of terminating and deconverting plans in SalesForce and Jira

Ensure timely execution of business tasks and deliver best-in-class client experience

Conduct reconciliation activities and prepare reports for new recordkeepers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years in retirement services or account management

Advanced Excel skills

Proficient analytical analysis

Exceptional research skills
