The client, a leader in oil and gas distribution in Seychelles, is seeking a Finance Director to oversee the financial function of the subsidiary. Reporting to the General Management and being a member of the executive committee, the Finance Director will be responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring economic stability in a unique island environment. Responsibilities include defining financial strategy, budget coordination, financial reporting, cash flow optimization, risk management, and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in senior financial roles, with a strong background in multicultural environments, preferably in the oil, energy, or distribution sectors. The candidate must have demonstrated the ability to lead a finance department independently and support strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Fluency in English is required, and international experience, particularly in island environments or the Indian Ocean region, is advantageous.
