A company is looking for a HubSpot Administrator (B2B Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and implementing advanced segmentation strategies
Oversee structural changes to the HubSpot instance, collaborating with teams to enhance database functionality while ensuring data security compliance
Establish data integrations and automation workflows, creating reports and analytics to optimize recruiting and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and experience with custom objects
Experience in data management and database integrity maintenance
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements and enhancements
Experience in developing marketing automation workflows and data reporting
Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to managing multiple tasks and projects
