Are you passionate about improving health outcomes for communities and ensuring equitable access to health information? Do you have a strong background in educational program design and collaboration with key partners?

Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our Foundational Learning Team as a Foundational Learning Fellow for ASU Health Literacy.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building the ASU Health Literacy Program within the Learning Enterprise at ASU.

As a Foundational Learning Fellow for ASU Health Literacy, you will be responsible for designing the Learning Enterprise's strategy to advance health literacy, drawing on the work already accomplished by LE / ASU Health Leadership.

You will also be tasked with identifying and reviewing potential pilot projects and collaborations with key partners, aiming to validate, assess, and distribute evidence-based health and well-being education content to improve community outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Learning Innovations as you begin this work. Within the first three months, you will :

Conduct a comprehensive review : Evaluate and map existing health literacy initiatives within ASU and with community partners.

Collaborate with Learning Enterprise / ASU Health Leadership to coordinate projects and priorities.

Identify and prioritize potential pilots : Use thorough research and analysis to identify potential pilot projects that align with the program's vision and design principles.

Develop detailed proposals for the selected pilots, including objectives, target populations, and metrics for success.

Development of Health-Related Learning Assets : Identify key areas where health-related learning materials are needed and outline a series of evidence-based and user-friendly videos, blogs, and / or interactive modules.

Establish timelines and frameworks for creating accessible and engaging educational resources that will enhance health literacy in Arizona and beyond.

Assess existing platforms and programs to determine integration points for the newly developed content.

Initiate collaboration with key partners : Establish strong partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including ASU's health community partner network.

Create a clear roadmap for joint efforts in advancing health literacy, outlining resource-sharing and collaboration frameworks.
