A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Rep (Vet).
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
Field troubleshooting questions and general use inquiries about the software
Train customers on software features and participate in departmental meetings
Required Qualifications
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior customer service experience
Ability to work until 6 pm CST and be on call on weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to adapt quickly
