A company is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead performance marketing strategy and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and daily execution of paid search, social, and display campaigns
Drive performance reporting and provide strategic context to leadership
Manage a multi-million-dollar annual media budget and develop operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
6-9 years of paid media experience, preferably with an agency background
Proven experience managing a performance marketing team
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Hands-on proficiency with major ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platforms
